Order Tracking Help

If you have entered your tracking number or order ID and the system shows "Order Not Found", please do not worry. This is usually due to one of the following reasons:

1. Processing Time

Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before they are handed over to the courier. Tracking information will not be available in the system until the package has been scanned at the logistics hub.

2. Information Accuracy

Please double-check that you have entered the correct information:

  • Order ID: Should look like #CRAVIO1234 (found in your confirmation email).

  • Email Address: Use the exact email you used during checkout.

  • Tracking Number: Ensure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of the number.

3. System Synchronization

It can take 24–48 hours for the courier's system to update the status of a new shipment. If you just received your tracking number today, please try again tomorrow.

4. Check Your Spam Folder

If you haven't received your order confirmation or tracking number at all, please check your Spam or Junk folder, as emails can sometimes be filtered by your provider.
