GENERAL WARRANTY - CRAVIO

Warranty and Replacement Policy

All CRAVIO products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering all manufacturing defects. Note: All free accessories and consumable parts are not covered under warranty.

Warranty Period and Target Audience

The warranty service is automatically registered when the original purchaser orders and receives the product from our online store. It is primarily available to the original purchaser. Warranty Transfer: You are eligible for transferred warranty service only if:

  1. The 1-year warranty period from the original purchase date has not expired.

  2. The new owner provides the original purchaser's name and the original order number.

Warranty Coverage

CRAVIO will replace any component found to be defective or damaged (including damage caused during shipping). This warranty does NOT cover the following:

  • Corrosion, discoloration, scratches, and impact marks.

  • Irreversible modifications (such as drilling, welding, or unauthorized circuit changes).

  • Water damage or damage caused by improper storage.

  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (such as laser modules, lenses, or engraving plates).

Battery & Power Components

If your product includes battery components, they are covered by a prorated 1-year warranty.

  • During the first year, if a battery becomes defective, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

  • No cash refunds are available for battery issues.

  • This warranty is void if the battery is charged with an unapproved charger or used in non-specified equipment.

Limitations of Liability

This Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:

  1. Misuse: Abuse, abnormal use, improper storage, or contact with chemicals/moisture.

  2. Unauthorized Modifications: Any repair or modification not authorized by CRAVIO.

  3. Improper Operation: Assembly, testing, or maintenance not in accordance with the user manual.

  4. External Causes: Collision, fire, flood, lightning strikes, or power surges.

  5. Identification: Products where the serial number or bar code has been removed or defaced.


1. How to Make a Warranty Claim

All claims must be made through CRAVIO official support:

  • Requirements: Proof of purchase (Order ID) and photos or videos showing the defect are required.

  • Note: We recommend contacting us first, as many issues have simple technical solutions that do not require a physical claim.

2. Shipping Damage Claims

If your product is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Email: cravio@gmail.com (Include photo/video proof).

  • Note: We do not accept shipping damage claims made more than 7 days after delivery. Scratches on free accessories are not eligible for replacement.
