Shipping Costs & Taxes

Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING to all supported countries listed above.

Taxes: All prices listed for online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) include consumption tax.

VAT: Shipping costs are free and VAT is handled by CRAVIO.
Delivery Schedule

Returns & Logistics

Return Shipping Fee: For authorized returns, a shipping fee of 5 EUR per kilogram will be charged.

Note: Portions less than 1kg will be rounded up to 1kg (e.g., a 1.2kg package will be calculated as 2kg).

Carrier Policy: To ensure service quality, we only use our contracted express delivery partners and do not accept shipments from unauthorized third-party logistics companies.
