  • How it works: Place your order on our website. Once the package arrives, the courier will contact you. You can pay the courier in cash or by card (depending on the courier's equipment) upon receiving your goods.

2. Pay with PayPal

  • How it works: You can pay easily and quickly using your PayPal balance or linked bank account. This provides an extra layer of buyer protection for your purchase.

3. Pay by Credit/Debit Card

We accept major credit and debit cards. To complete your payment, you will need:

  • The name on the card

  • The card number

  • Expiry date (Month/Year)

  • CVV/CVC security code

Security Note: CRAVIO does not save your credit/debit card number or sensitive personal information entered in the payment fields. For any questions regarding your transaction, please contact your issuing bank.

Troubleshooting Payment Declines

To prevent credit card fraud, some transactions may be declined by the banking system. If this happens, we suggest:

  1. Notify your bank: Inform your bank or credit card company about the upcoming international purchase.

  2. Use PayPal as a Gateway: You do not need a PayPal account to do this. Select PayPal at checkout, click "Complete Order," and then choose the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option on the PayPal guest checkout page.

  3. Try another card: Use a different credit or debit card to complete the transaction.
